Return Eligibility
We support hassle-free returns for all products within 60 days from the date of order receipt. Products eligible for return must be in original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition with intact packaging, suitable for secondary sales. Used, opened, or damaged products caused by personal reasons are not applicable for return service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and verify your returned products meet return standards, we will initiate the official refund procedure. The refund will be fully processed and returned to your original payment account within our standard refund processing cycle.
